Aircraft Guys Events Teams Up with InstaJet Charters
We all know how great commercial, or charity events can work for promotion and fund raising. Aircraft Guys is an NBAA, approved news agency and event organizer. Also known for their cool aviation blog and adventures. Now Aircraft Guys Events teams up with InstaJet Charters to handle the administrative side of their events.
Under the recent agreement, Aircraft Guys will do all the promoting and organization of the events, with InstaJet handling all the back-office functions.
According to Chris Pou, Aircraft Guys, “This is a great partnership as InstaJet is used to working with large private jet accounts, so it has all the infrastructure to handle the accounting and administration. Jorge and I are definitely more the creative side”
Several events are already in the works with contracts in place, including a charity event for Angel Flight Southeast. Aircraft Guys recently donated a new website to the Charity. Their CEO was ecstatic about the design.
Smaller charities often turn to third party organizers to organize events due to limited staff and resources. Like anything, turn to experienced people for help.
Aircraft Guys are affiliated with the Aviation Marketing Experts Agency out of Orlando. They are oldest aviation marketing agency in the U.S. Having started in 1980, their parent company works with many household name major corporations.
In fact, the InstaJet Charters and Aircraft Guys websites were done by Aviation Marketing Experts.
With this new agreement in place, Aircraft Guys will be able to handle multiple events at one time. Events are broken into two types, commercial for profit or not for profit charity. Aircraft Guys have established multiple relationships with venues, hospitality companies and sponsors for events.
Commercial event proceeds are paid to the organizer and charity event proceeds are paid to the charity.
